Our guide and driver Vaitea was very informative and skillful going through the narrow road and rivers. Well worth tour and highly recommended. It was a unique experience for our family. The ride is bumpy but the driver was very a pro so it makes you feel safe. Eventually his mood improved and that changed the experience for us. Tahiti is beautiful and we felt like we got to see a lot. Now bumpy doesn’t begin to describe the trip and it’s 7 hours straight of hours of rough terrain but does provide you with an overall beautiful scenic experiencevérifié Magnifique et pourtant décevant Le tour en lui même est impressionnant. Les paysages sont superbes et la nature magnifique. Malheureusement notre guide n’avait qu’une envie rentrer vite chez lui. Nous avons eu l’impression d’être une gêne. A se demander pourquoi il fait ce métier. Mais peut-être avait il un soucis grave à la maison qu’il a transporté avec lui toute la journée. Dommage nous n’avons pas pu apprécier totalement ce lieu chargé de tout le passé de l’île. Les explications près enregistrées ne font pas tout.vérifié A great way to spend the day and recharge! I took the tour on April 3rd and was not disappointed. Vaitea is a fantastic guide and he has worked hard to fine tune the tour to best meet people’s expectations. He mixed a bit of local history with interesting stops along the way and was always happy to answer any questions in both English and French. A nice touch was the local music he setup in the vehicle for us to listen to in between stops, it made the experience even more enjoyable. The sights are breathtaking and a completely different atmosphere to the beach!vérifié Pas honnêtes Nous avons été bloqués à l’entrée de la vallée et n’avons donc pas pu faire l’excursion. Nous avons donc rebroussé chemin et avons effectué le tour de l’île par la côte, chose que nous avions déjà fait la veille par nos propres moyens. D’autres personnes qui sont passées par un autre prestataire ce même jour ont été ramenés au point de départ et remboursés de cette sortie, ce qui aurait été plus honnête. Nous avons eu l’impression d’être pris pour des pigeons et avons dépensé 200 euros pour rien du tout.En outre, il y avait deux guides. Nous sommes tombés sur un guide ne semblant pas du tout intéressé et qui ne communiquait pas du tout avec nous, l’autre guide était plus interessant. Je ne recommande pas du tout.
